Ekspertki i eksperci do oceny wniosków - ogłoszenie Europejskiej Agencji Wykonawczej ds. Edukacji i Kultury
Europejska Agencja Wykonawcza ds. Edukacji i Kultury (EACEA) poszukuje nowych ekspertek i ekspertów do oceny wniosków projektowych w ramach nadchodzących zaproszeń do składania wniosków w obszarze Młodzieży.
Eksperci i ekspertki poszukiwani są w czterech poniższych zakresach tematycznych:
- Capacity Building in the field of Youth
This action targets in particular cooperation in the field of Youth with third countries of the Western Balkans and the Eastern and Southern Neighbourhoods. Detailed information about the action can be found in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide (section Capacity Building in the field of youth - Erasmus+ (europa.eu)) and project examples are also found in the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform (Search - Erasmus+ (europa.eu)).
Profiles of experts needed:
- Years of experience: between 5 and 15 years
- Professional experience/knowledge in: conflict resolution process, intercultural learning, migration, refugee settlement, social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, youth policy, informal and non-formal learning, learning mobility, capacity building of youth organisations, youth mentoring, youth work, unemployment, social policy, labour economics, youth leadership, rule of law, democracy, civic engagement, human rights, digital citizenship, information technologies, AI, digital skills; IT platforms, ICT, e-learning methodology, virtual reality, media literacy, internet safety, eco-sustainability, environment and climate, Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy, tourism, disability issues and health psychology, social pedagogy, social entrepreneurship and social innovations, cultural heritage/creative industries, gender studies/equal opportunities, culture, archaeology, theatre, arts, history, semantics, performing arts, semantics, history, Analysis of youth work practice and results, Evidence-based policy, analysis and policy making, Evaluation of the projects and programmes of NGOs, institutes applying for funding, Comparative analysis of educational, cultural, social, youth policies; experience in EU project management and financial management
- Advantageous: good level of IT literacy, proficiency in English, and in other 2 or more EU languages.

- Partnerships for Cooperation – Cooperation Partnerships in the field of Youth submitted by European NGOs
This action targets organisations to increase the quality and relevance of their activities, to develop and reinforce their networks of partners, to increase their capacity to operate jointly at transnational level, hence boosting internationalisation of their activities through the exchange or development of new practices and methods as well as by sharing and confronting ideas. Profiles of experts needed:
- Years of experience: between 5 and 15 years
- Professional experience: NGOs/ civil society organisations, youth work, youth policy, social sciences, social work (work with refugees, migrants, minorities), digitalisation, climate change/Green Deal, citizenship, International volunteer management and mobility in the field of Youth, management and implementation of capacity building activities related or relevant to Youth organisations, democratic engagement and civic participation, non-formal learning, entrepreneurship, gender issues, new innovative curricula and learning methodologies, evaluation of programmes/projects, experience in EU project management and financial management, EU policies
- Advantageous: IT literacy and experience in collaborative communication tools (Teams), proficiency in English, 2 or more EU languages, minority EU languages

- European Youth Together
This action targets NGOs (not for profit) and public bodies, which propose projects with a capacity to mobilise young people in partnerships covering different countries and regions within the EU Member States and third countries associated to the Programme, and to contribute to the development and implementation of the EU Youth Strategy, policy formulation and interaction with major stakeholders in the field of Youth. Detailed information about the action can be found in the Erasmus+ Programme Guide (section European Youth Together) and project examples are also found in the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform (Search - Erasmus+ (europa.eu)).
Profiles of experts needed:
- Years of experience: between 10 and 15 years
- Professional experience: Active civic & democratic participation, citizenship; Capacity building of youth organisations; Engagement in local communities & democratic life; Dis- and mis-information; Reform and modernisation of (youth) policies; EU values; Non-formal education; Youth political participation and engagement; Youth entrepreneurship; Digital transformation, digital youth work; Sustainable Green Europe, transition; Climate change and justice; inclusive societies/of people with fewer opportunities (rural youth, disabled…); Migration, refugee settlement; Culture, archeology, theater, arts
- Advantageous: Experience in E+ programmes, but also programmes of DG services could be relevant (assessors experience for others related actions, DG programmes). Strong experience in academia work and research required as well as good background on financial/project management - good level of IT literacy, proficiency in English, and in other 2 or more EU languages.

- Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Youth (CSC Youth)
This action provides structural support, referred to as operating grants, to European non-governmental organisations (ENGOs) and EU-wide networks active in the field of youth pursuing aims/objectives in line with the EU policy in the field of Youth. Every year an invitation to submit a proposal is sent to Framework Beneficiaries, previously selected through an open call for proposals covering multiple years. Information is available on the yearly Erasmus+ Annual Working Programme.
Profiles of experts needed:
- Years of experience: between 5 and 15 years
- Professional experience: Experience in E+ programme, in particular in the field of Youth, civil society/NGOs, policy monitoring and development in the field of youth, good background on financial/project management, EU values, Youth political participation and engagement, Digital transformation, digital youth work, Sustainable Green Europe, transition, Inclusive societies/of people with fewer opportunities (rural youth, disabled…). Experience in evaluation of programmes/projects, experience in EU project management and financial management, EU policies, IT literacy and experience in collaborative communication tools (Teams), proficiency in English, 2 or more EU languages
